Thank you so much for such a brilliant session on Thursday. It was so effective and exactly what we were hoping for. We all had a lot of fun, and members of the team who’ve seen Ant + Dec since say they keep yodelling to show them how they do it, which i’m delighted about! Sounds like it was a hit!

I came for yodelling lessons from Lynne in preparation for performing at Oktoberfest events and wanting an extra skill to add to my show alongside the music and comedy. With this in mind, Lynne came up with a personalised lesson plan to maximise our time together and ensure I got all the materials I needed. Not only is she a very talented yodeller but she was able to explain and break down the yodels in a way I could follow and copy and eventually add my own twists to them. I had immense fun in the lesson and in my practising since using the recorded materials Lynne made. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to learn yodelling for fun or, like me, for work!!

We had The Cuckoos in our care home for the second time this afternoon and we had the best time! It was so lovely seeing all the smiling faces of our residents and the dancing too! Lynne and her amazing group always interact and have fun with our residents and we canā€™t wait to have them come back again very soon. The music really brings joy to the home and it is so lovely seeing residents come out of their shell and get involved. Thank you so much guys, we love having you perform for us! I would highly recommend this fun, quirky and talented bunch.

Thank you, Lynne Nash – Music & Voice for Mind, Body and Soul for giving me so much pleasure in the last few months…Berkshireā€™s Queen of Country, you are one special lady.

Just wanted to say thank you so much for your wonderful performance at my party Lynne! You exceeded my expectations with your talent and added such a unique and fun element to make the evening complete! I would highly recommend you to anyone looking for a very professional yodelling act!Perdi, London

You were absolutely tremendous and were the talk of the party. Everyone thought you were amazing. Em absolutely loved every minute. You set the tone for a fantastic evening which was hugely enjoyed by all and sundry. And a huge thank you to your husband and son too, for lugging all that gear. Lynne truly is the Queen of Yodelling. What she canā€™t yodel isnā€™t worth yodelling about!ā€

I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Lynne Butler. Lynne was the ukulele tutor for a project we ran at a local primary school targeting underachieving students who would benefit from informal mentoring and the sense of achievement learning a musical instrument can bring. Each of the students presented various challenges which Lynne rose to admirably. Lynne was incredibly patient and calm with the students and made sure that each of them was given the individual attention they needed to succeed. Lynne was very engaging with the students and tailored each lesson according to the groups’ abilities so that everyone could participate fully and have their moment to shine. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you would like any further information.

Yet again YODELLYNNE was one of the highlights at our Charity Music Festival… Such fun, such joy.

For this mixtape, I had to listen – with gritted teeth – to every single track uploaded to BBC Introducing in the last three months that had “Christmas” in the title. Imagine! And yet buried in that vast sugary snowdrift of clichĆ©d sleighbells and schlock sentimentality, there were nineteen gems that I actually liked very much. Some of them funny, some cynical, some genuinely affecting… and some so silly and strange they were simply irresistible. Yes, Lynne Butler with your Yodelling Christmas Song, I’m talking about you.

I have been listening to the above radio broadcasts recently and wanted to say thank you for such a marvellous programme. Lynne has researched her subjects well and it is so interesting to hear about the background and lives of the artists. I have heard and even sang some of their songs but never known about the real people behind them. It makes the songs then played all the more poignant. Lynne has an excellent voice. Her tone and pitch are easy to listen to and she makes the characters come alive. Her narratives are most engaging. Thank you.

She takes each lesson personally and invests so much time and energy to improve your playing. I recommend Lynne to any serious musician who wants to take their playing to the next level.

Lynne has been an Angel in disguise during the lockdown. In fact, Iā€™d go so far as to say it has almost made lockdown worth the pain. Her Facebook live sessions & Country music radio have kept me upbeat. Sheā€™s an absolute joy to watch or listen to with her fabulous sense of fun & encyclopaedic knowledge of Country & Western. Thank you, Lynne Nash – Music & Voice for Mind, Body and Soul for giving me so much pleasure in the last few months…Berkshireā€™s Queen of Country, you are one special lady.

I enjoyed your show this evening. I like to have something interesting to listen to whilst Iā€™m sewing. I especially like the backstory and that it is not all back-to-back music. You have a very soothing and listenable (is that a word) voice. Iā€™d never heard of Loretta before this evening.

Lynne has taken a group of beginners and through her patient, encouraging teaching style has developed them into a confident group of musicians. Initially, the group were new to the Ukulele and many did not come from a musical background. Under Lynneā€™s guidance, they have all developed into competent players and performers. I joined the group after playing the Ukulele for a couple of years. Despite there being a difference of abilities in the group, Lynne has made sure that I have developed my playing ability and confidence. My playing has really developed under Lynne’s guidance and she has encouraged me to persevere and learn more complex pieces. My own musicality has improved dramatically and I have really enjoyed playing as part of the Cuckoos.

I just wanted to say thank you for making ā€œG In the Darkā€ such a fantastic success. We have already had some wonderful comments from dozens of our guests. Great to see and hear you. Everyone loved your performance.

Thanks so much for coming in Lynne, that was fabulous!

Lynne Butler’s combined skill, experience and love for music make her a highly qualified and gifted teacher of ukulele, guitar, yodelling and singing. Her love for music is contagious and inspires you to put more time into your music. It does not matter if you are just starting or are advanced, Lynne will take you to a whole new level. Her patience and soft skills are astounding. She takes each lesson personally and invests so much time and energy to improve your playing. I recommend Lynne to any serious musician who wants to take their playing to the next level! I watched you from home on Saturday morning ā€“ you were fab! Iā€™m still so amazed and grateful you went so totally out of your way for us ā€“ thank you again.

Thanks Lynne, The item was great so many thanks for coming down!

Hi Lynne, thank you! It was great fun!

Fab afternoon yodelling with Lynne Butler… I didn’t think I would find my inner yodel, but I did!!! Brilliant fun!

Lynne was incredibly patient and calm with the students and made sure that each of them was given the individual attention they needed to succeed.

Thanks Lynne for the opportunity and experiences you have made for us by setting up our little band. Particularly your patience for each duff note sung and strummed and for helping us get through it (albeit at sometimes a rather challenging pace) to get to the point where we are often not that far off being right! You have created a wonderful little ensemble that I know I wouldn’t have been able to experience and persevere with without your help. I am looking forward to moving on with you as a group to each new challenge. Thank you.

Thank you so much for the yodelling extras you sent. I too have become a closet yodeller. So far only in the car, on my allotment or alone at home! I feel there is a yodeller in there somewhere but still at the chrysalis stage, hoping to emerge as a butterfly one day! (Or maybe a Moth). I am hoping that two of my friends are going to sign up for next week’s class. I’m really looking forward to it – it was such fun last week

Hi Lynne – expert tuition in yodelling. Thank you it was great fun.

I just thought it was going to be ukuleles on mass with a bit of singing – not a delightful, well-presented concert with dynamics and great voices.

Lynne is an inspirational teacher, giving confidence to all pupils and maximising abilities. She listens to ideas and implements them always working hard behind the scenes!

I really don’t know where Lynne gets the energy and enthusiasm she puts into the Cuckoos. She is here on Mondays for the beginners and Thursday for the more seasoned musicians. She certainly knows exactly how to get the best out of everyone in a fun and lighthearted way.

Thanks Lynne for everything. Will work our way through the music. We thought the group was great
