In this episode I chat to Lucy and Ollie who created the Rock The Lockdown during lockdown which helped so many people deal with getting through the day each day for weeks on end. I’ve no doubt through the musical community that was created many suicides were averted and a lot of people didn’t feel so lonley through such hard times.
